Membership is open to anyone seeking to rent an apartment in NYC and surrounding areas.

YES!!  We proudly work with housing subsidy recipients.

We work with City FHEPS, FHEPS, Section 8, S.O.T.A. and many other housing subsidies that are valid within NYC and other areas we service.

THELISTNYC currently works primarily within the five boroughs of NYC.  However, we are always actively seeking to expand our network to nearby counties and other states.

Membership with THELISTNYC provides a hassle free rental process while protecting clients rights and giving access to exclusive listings of newly renovated units and a host of other benefits.

Membership will end when leases are fully executed and  the member take possession of the List unit.
