Email & other electronic communication notice: As a member you will receive emails, progress reports, exclusive listings of available units from THELISTNYC via electronic communication/email.  You may choose to not receive some or all communications via email but in choosing so you understand and accept that the rental placement process may be significantly prolonged.

Membership Duration: Please note that by purchasing a membership you understand and accept that membership with THELISTNYC will terminate once the member has successfully taken possession a unit and leases are fully executed.  You further acknowledge and accept that if relocation is desired that a new membership will have to be purchased.

Membership Fee: The cost of membership with THELISTNYC is non-refundable.

Upgrades: Current THELISTNYC members can upgrade to a higher membership level. Upgrades are done with a live agent by contacting THELISTNYC via phone at 718-683-9108. 

Legal Notice: THELISTNYC is NOT a real estate broker.  THELISTNYC acts as an apartment sourcing facilitator connecting potential renters to brokered apartments.

*: Broker fee(s) are not covered under membership unless member has a valid housing subsidy/voucher or program that will pay earned broker fee on the member's behalf. Otherwise member is solely responsible for payment of all earned broker fee(s)
